8.If blasting work like stone and hard rock check if
the explosive carried in specify boxes with safety.
9. Check that all instrument is ok.
10.Check the all machinery part is that ok for work
don according to safety.

1.Check the alignment of beams size sides according to
drawings proper done as per size given in drawing.
2. Check the line and label of slab.
3.Check the size of slab grid to grid according
dimension to drawings.
4.Check the form work is water proof not hole show in
formwork.
5.Check the vertical support for vertical members like
columns lift wall retaining wall etc .
6.Check the selling of gape hole in slab is proper
block with tape or other material.
7.Proper cleaning for next use.
8.Check horizontal support are OK for beams or slab.
9 Check out the cleaning of all Shuttering is ok.
10 Check the all size beams columns slab according to
drawing is okay.

How to Check reinforcement at site.

1. Bar bending schedule approved use for cutting
bending and fixing.
2.Check the cutting bending the bar as per approved
BBS.
3.Check Bar dia Shape of bar dimension of bar.
Number of bar as per drawing.
4.Check cleanliness of bar straight bar.
5. Check is that okay spacing of steel as per drawing.
6. Check steel fixing as per steel drawing and
approved BBS.
7.Check for satisfactory tying with bending wire steel
bar is proper.
8. Overlap length and location of length as per giving
section in drawing.
9. Check concrete cover is ok.
10.Check the master ring above columns at the slab
level for vertical dowels.
11.Check the steel aliment on placing method for main
or distribution bar.
12.proper chair bar for bottom and top steel mesh for
cover.
