RESEARCH METHODOLOGY OF GREEN BUILDING
We follow the
LEED standing system because it was accepted each over the world and have
points which are according to our demand. Now we follow the LEED criteria to
get certify our structure.

PROCESS
Only needed
documents are submitted. After you ’ve submitted your operation and paid the
instrument figure, GBCI'll conduct a thorough specialized review. While the
type of review you ’ll suffer will vary depending on your sustainability
pretensions, the specific requirements of your design.

Minimum Program Requirement’s
There are seven
minimal program conditions which should be full filled before the enrollment
process of design. Following are the minimal program conditions
1. Misbehave with environmental laws
2. Be a complete, endless structure
.
Use a reasonable point boundary
4. Misbehave with minimal bottom area
conditions. A minimum of,000 square bases of gross bottom area must be needed.
5. Misbehave with minimal residency
conditions. The LEED design must be enthralled at least one full- time fellow(
FTE) inhabitant
6. Commit to participating whole- structure
energy and water operation data
7. Misbehave with a minimal structure area to
point area rate
STRATEGIES OF LEED
In this section
different conditions and strategies are bandied to check and estimate different
credits mentioned in the chapter.

point order is divided into following sub orders. All the parameters are
estimated on the triadic nethermost line values.
• point design
• point operation and conservation
• Transportation

LEED Certified Design and Construction
To achieve this
credit, our design must be formerly certified by the LEED. Bear instrument
under at least from one of the following standing systems.
• LEED for New
Construction.
• LEED for
seminaries
• LEED for Core
& Shell with 75 of leasable square footage certified under LEED for
marketable Innards.
structure
Exterior & Hardscape Management Plan
Plan includes
the following strategies that must be apply during the structures performance
period at least of 20
• conservation
outfit
• drawing
structure surface
Integrated Pest
Management Plan, Erosion Control and Landscape Management Plan
out-of-door
integrated pest operation to control pest population and help pests from
entering structure and requires the following
• Nonchemical
styles, Routine and Inspection
• exigency
conditions and universal announcement defined
Indispensable
Transportation, Public Transportation Access
Reduce the
negative environmental impacts from auto use, including pollution and land
development by the use of impulses, structure, and/ or programs. Reduce the
number of single inhabitant exchanging passages with conventionally- powered,
conventionally fueled vehicles by sharing in following options
• share in a original or indigenous
program
• Survey every
regular inhabitant or by arbitrary selection of statistically representative
sample check successively for 5 workdays( each day or at the end). In either
case, an 80 response rate is needed.
Site
Development, cover or Restore Open Habitat
Promote
biodiversity and give niche by conserving natural areas and restoring damaged
areas. During the performance period, insure at least 25 of the point area( not
including erecting footmark) or 5 of the point area( including the structure
footmark) whichever is lesser is covered with native or acclimated landscaping.
